Ballet has always symbolized the beauty of female elegance and grace while also embodying the gentle strength that women possess. In fashion terms, ballet has inspired very soft color palettes (white, grey, blush) and emphasizes the soft lines of the female silhouette. The minimalism of the style is meant to show off the graceful movement of the body.
